Returns and refunds policy

Overview.
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

Some categories of goods cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products.

Additional products that are not subject to return:

  • Gift certificates
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Some health and personal care products

To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.

Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.

Some situations when a partial refund is possible:

  • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts through no fault of ours.
  • Any product returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.

Reimbursement
Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the funds will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.

Delays or lack of reimbursement
If you have not received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your bank or credit organization - it is possible that the refund is still being processed.

Sales
Refunds are available only for products at the regular price. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchange
We only replace products in cases of defects or damage. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at: mail@softsense.top.

Gifts
If the product was purchased as a gift and sent to you directly, you will receive a gift certificate for the amount of the return. After receiving the returned product, the certificate will be sent to you by mail.

If the product was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to a gift recipient, a refund will be made to the gift recipient who learns of the return.

Delivery for return
To return an item, send us an email at: mail@softsense.top.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of your return.
