Returns and refunds policy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Overview.<\/strong>
Our return and refund policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\n

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.<\/p>\n

Some categories of goods cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products.<\/p>\n

Additional products that are not subject to return:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Gift certificates<\/li>\n
  • Intimate or sanitary products<\/li>\n
  • Some health and personal care products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    To complete the return process, you must provide a receipt or other document confirming the purchase.<\/p>\n

    Please do not send your product back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\n

    Some situations when a partial refund is possible:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Any product that is not in its original condition, damaged or with missing parts through no fault of ours.<\/li>\n
    • Any product returned after 14 days from the date of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Reimbursement<\/strong>
      Once we have received and verified your return, we will send you a confirmation email. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.<\/p>\n

      If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the funds will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.<\/p>\n

      Delays or lack of reimbursement<\/strong>
      If you have not received a refund:<\/p>\n

      1. Check your bank account again.<\/li>\n
      2. Contact your bank or credit organization - it is possible that the refund is still being processed.<\/li>\n

        Sales<\/strong>
        Refunds are available only for products at the regular price. Sale items are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

        Exchange<\/strong>
        We only replace products in cases of defects or damage. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at: mail@softsense.top<\/span>.<\/p>\n

        Gifts<\/strong>
        If the product was purchased as a gift and sent to you directly, you will receive a gift certificate for the amount of the return. After receiving the returned product, the certificate will be sent to you by mail.<\/p>\n

        If the product was not marked as a gift, or the order was sent to a gift recipient, a refund will be made to the gift recipient who learns of the return.<\/p>\n

        Delivery for return<\/strong>

        You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost when returning the product. Shipping costs are not refundable.<\/p>\n

        If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable or insured shipping service. We do not guarantee receipt of your return.<\/p>\n
